You can easily edit or cancel your order at any time as long as it is done before the order is fulfilled.
Step 1: Login to your account by clicking on the login button at the top right corner of the website.
Step 2: Enter your email address and password to login. If you didn't create an account when you've placed an order, simply create a new account using the "Create Account" form on the right side of the login form.
Step 3: Once you've successfully logged in, you will see the account information and an order history. Click on red Cancel/Edit button to cancel or edit your order.

We will try our very best to accommodate cancellation requests, however we cannot guarantee them. Our warehouse staffs fulfill orders quickly, so we will not be able to cancel the order if it's already been shipped. In this case, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the order for a full refund. Please refer to our Return Policy to request RMA number for the return.
